1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HomeReps mobile application (the "Service") operated by InsuLab ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service": The HomeReps mobile application and all related features.
• "User" / "you": Any person who uses the Service.
• "Content": All text, images, audio, animations, software, and designs provided through the Service.
• "Device": The smartphone, tablet, or other mobile device on which you use the Service.

3. Changes to These Terms

1. We may modify these Terms at any time within the bounds of applicable law. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect via in-app notice or App Store update description. Non-material changes will be notified 7 days in advance.
2. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Service.

4. The Service

1. The Service provides:
   • Automatic exercise rep counting using on-device AI pose detection (pushups, squats, situps, pullups, etc.)
   • Workout history and tracking
   • Workout streak and habit features
   • Additional features we may develop or integrate
2. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or in-app purchases in the future, subject to separate notice and your consent.
3. We may modify the content, structure, or design of the Service at our discretion.

5. Eligibility and Requirements

1. No account required. You do not need to register to use the Service.
2. The Service requires:
   • An Apple device running iOS 15.0 or later
   • A functional camera
   • Sufficient processing power for on-device pose detection
3. Some or all features may be unavailable if your device does not meet these requirements.
